Antilope, a new non-alcoholic beverage from Domaine Des Grottes. This is the sparking white sibling to the ever popular Antidote. Made with organic Malvasia grape juice which is steeped with juniper, gentian, bay leaf, apple, pine and citrus.
The beverage pours an inviting golden in the glass, with a delicate fizz and and long, citrus finish. Antilope is much less sweet and a little subtler than L’Antidote, though equally as delicious!
